It is essential to understand your booking before making a commitment and payment. Therefore, we have outlined our Terms & Conditions, which you should review before completing a booking as they will govern your agreement once payment is made.
About Us
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and become effective when we issue you a booking reference via our website or in exceptional cases, through phone communication. Both parties—you (the customer) and us (BITNESTSTUDIO LTD)—agree to abide by the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms specifically pertain to bookings made directly through our Parcier Parking website, app, or contact center, as well as through our affiliate partners using our booking platform. We operate as a booking agent for various companies that provide or manage the travel products available on our platform. Your contract for these products will be with the specific provider, who may maintain their own terms and conditions, accessible via their respective websites. Bookings made via third-party partner sites are governed by their specific terms.
By making a booking with Parcier Parking, a product of BITNESTSTUDIO LTD (Company No. NI729359), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to comply with the jurisdiction of the courts in England.
1.0 Before You Make a Booking
We strive to provide accurate information regarding each available booking. Our offerings—airport car parks, lounges, and vehicle hire—are subject to individual provider terms and conditions, which also apply to you upon booking. Our role begins as an intermediary, sharing your details with the selected provider and issuing a booking reference on their behalf.
We partner with multiple UK-wide car park providers offering varied pricing and services. You must review details carefully before confirming your booking. We cannot be held liable for claims based on overlooked product information.
Parcier Parking acts solely as an agent for carefully selected providers. Your contract is directly with the car park provider and governed by their specific terms. These may include liability limitations, available via email confirmation or their website.
All prices shown include VAT and are regularly updated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Prices may fluctuate depending on availability, so we recommend booking as soon as you’ve made a decision.
Discount codes, if applicable, will clearly reflect in your selected packages. Ensure the package supports discounts before applying any codes.
2.0 Making Your Parking Booking

Prices:
All displayed prices include VAT.
A non-refundable booking fee is applied to all bookings.
Some car parks have a minimum stay requirement; the minimum cost applies regardless of shorter duration.
Daily prices may vary based on the booking date and length of stay.
Additional surcharges (e.g., for oversized vehicles) may apply and are paid directly to the provider.
Promotional codes and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
3.0 Amending/Cancelling Your Parking Booking
We understand plans change. Please review the following:
Cancellations:
Must be processed through Parcier Parking, not directly with the car park provider.
Non-Flex products cannot be amended or refunded unless you purchased cancellation cover.
Contact us through our support portal or email hello@bitneststudio.com, quoting your booking reference.
Requests must be made during office hours and at least 48 hours before your departure.
Fees:
Bookings made at least 1 month in advance: £10 cancellation fee (waived if cancellation cover is purchased).
Bookings made less than 1 month in advance: £5 cancellation fee (waived if cancellation cover is purchased).
Non-Flex bookings are non-refundable unless cancellation cover is added.
Refunds:
No refunds for partial stays.
Booking fees, SMS alerts, and cancellation cover are non-refundable.
Refunds generally require 72 hours notice before scheduled departure.
Amendments:
Non-Flex bookings: £5 fee.
Flex bookings and those with cancellation cover: Free.
Cancellation Cover:
Optional add-on that waives cancellation/amendment fees.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before parking time; amendments at least 48 hours prior.
4.0 Arriving at the Car Park (Drop-Off)
You will receive documentation via email.
For Park & Ride / Shuttle / On-site:
Bring: Directions, car park phone number, booking reference/voucher, card used to book.
For Meet & Greet:
Bring: Airport directions, chauffeur contact, and entry instructions.
Important:
Failure to follow procedures or present your voucher may result in charges. We cannot assist with refunds in such cases.
Allow extra time before departure. We are not responsible for missed flights or delays.
Vehicle & Keys:
Some services require you to leave your keys. This is safe and standard.
Remove all personal belongings. Vehicles must be roadworthy, taxed, and MOT-certified.
5.0 Collecting Your Car (Pick-Up)
Liability for vehicle damage is the provider’s responsibility, subject to their terms.
Inspect your vehicle thoroughly before leaving the premises.
Report any issues to the car park provider immediately.
Claims cannot be processed once the vehicle leaves the site.
6.0 Parking Complaints Procedure
If you experience an issue:
Report it before leaving the site.
If unresolved, submit your complaint to hello@bitneststudio.com within 10 days of your return. Include all relevant information.
Parcier Parking is a comparison platform and accepts no liability for:
Vehicle damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Misuse or issues caused by third-party service providers
Provider Responsibility:
Each provider operates independently and is responsible for their services.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of our platform is limited to the amount paid by you to Parcier Parking (BITNESTSTUDIO LTD).
We are not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather. No compensation is offered for missed services due to such events.
Distance Selling Regulation
Under Distance Selling Regulations 2000, Regulation 6 (b) 4, all parking bookings are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Modification of Terms
BITNESTSTUDIO LTD reserves the right to amend these terms periodically. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply.
